Wonderful. Th iPhone app has just told me that the opening ceremony starts in 15 minutes. Would have been nice for it to translate the US time to my local timezone. Guess disable all notifications for it now as they're pointless.

I have a window 7 phone and many of my friends are looking to switch once the contract they are under is up. The few WoW apps on W7 are pretty good. Just wish they were company sponsored.

:( No Windows Phone 7 love? I'd like to see Blizz enhance the Mobile authenticator to take advantage of the live tiles. It's not too hard I was taking courses on it. Contact me Blizzard if you'd like me to look into it :D!

So this app is pretty much useless if you don't live in California. I cant use it to set my schedule up or use the alarm function to remind me because its actually based of a time zone that is 17 hours behind mine. gg

I wonder if Blizzard is going to make some apps for the Kindle Fire when it is released. It is powered by Android after all.

Downloaded App. Works on Droid Bionic and really do appreciate the extra step Blizzard took for those attending Blizzcon. This will make it a lot easier and I wont have to lug around that brochure.

erm, an app for an annual event that is only a few days long and that only a very very small percentage of wow players can actually attend, with maps and schedules and pretty things. Awesome work Blizzard, glad to see my $15 a month is being spent wisely.

@Deepdark: I went to Otakon this year... there was an app... it's pretty simple for developer's of Blizzard's caliber to put their guide into a iOS app... probably took one guy less than a day, and for the (hundreds?) of people who use it, it will probably improve their blizcon experience somewhat. Don't over-estimate how "difficult" and "costly" making this app is... or under-estimate how much a segment of the audience will use/like it.

@Deepdark; to have the blizzcon... good idea....app... gooood idea..... for those of us not fast enough.. or have bills to pay rather than spending well over a bill..... well.... we should at least get a free internet view for having a wow account... and for those who argue that.. including a blizz admin... F off... just a though.... im just spit balling here... 4 years of play plus three x-packs... around $870.. just from me... and what special things do i get... for sure not a pass to watch online at least

@Varòthèn: Where are the comma splices? After "grammer" and "spell"? Pons makes a good point about online passes for long time subscribers, though.
