The Diablo III: Collector’s Edition will be available exclusively at retail on DVD-ROM for Windows XP / Windows Vista / Windows 7 and Macintosh. The release date, suggested retail price, and other details for this game will be announced in the months ahead.

Diablo III collector's edition is sold out almost everywhere-Best Buy, CompUSA, Amazon, Online, etc. I called several stores here in Houston and if you DID NOT pre-ordered it ....IT SUCKS TO BE YOU!!=( However I AM NOT ONE to give up. so after several hours of chasing and calling I found IT. The FRY'S electronics store in Houston has plenty of copies-30+. SO FOR ALL YOU SUCKERS that can NOT find one... There is is! I GOT MINE!! WOOT WOOT!!!=)

Just wanted to make people aware that Buy.com is NOW taking pre-orders AGAIN for the CE. Received my notification from buy.com in e-mail and ordered successfully. Go spam your friends cell phones and get your popcorn ready =)

This is what sucks about buying the digital, you dont get squat and if you want the collector's stuff, you have to pay twice... why can't there just be a collctor's digital edition? like, mail us all the goodies without the discs?

Here is a question: I have the annual pass. One thing I wonder though, if I start playing the game at launch (regular annual pass free version) and the CE doesn't get to my house until, let's say two days later, can I still activate the CE and get all the online stuff when it arrives? Or do I need to wait until it arrives to begin playing and input the key?

Basically I want to play at release even though the CE won't be at my house yet. I haven't bought a CE before but I can't skip out on D3.

Collectors inc! Can't wait for this game. Have had beta for a few months now but haven't played much. Picked it back up to test out classes and got the barb class set to be my launch character. Never disappoint blizzard.

@Måyor: I feel ya brah. I played the beta for some 10+ hours, and then realized that I may be sick of the game by the time it's released if I keep playing! So I stopped. I think I'll have to put some money aside to get the Collector's Edition also.

@Deadfoot: You can still get the Collector's Edition if you want it. All that happens is that you get 4 of those 12 months paid for in place of the $60 value of Diablo 3. Either way that annual pass will save you $60 whether buy free Diablo 3, or 4 months of game time paid. Read the FAQ for the annual pass, it's all there. Now go and pre-order your CE! hehe

@Deadfoot: What Ryslig said is correct. I signed up for the Annual Pass and I'm still getting the CE. When you enter your CE code, you will get credited four months toward your AP, as well as the exclusive CE items for D3, WoW, and SC2. If you still want to get it, I'd look around quickly: some places still have it available online but many are sold out.

Till Sunday the 21st of April, trade in video games such as ps2,Xbox 360, ds,3ds,ps3 games at best buy get 40% more when you pre order diablo or diablo CE!!! Pre order are still going on, I work at the Torrance best buy and we are getting a lot of people who want the CE ver. Due to the fact game stop is no longer accepting pre orders!
