24	Impactful Blades Hits Slow the movement of enemies by 80% for 1 second.
35	Siphoning Blade Every enemy hit grants 3 Arcane Power.
51	Healing Blades Whenever the blades do damage, you are healed for 5% of the damage done.
57	Thrown Blade Extends the reach of Spectral Blade to 20 yards.
