Damage Mitigation in PvP
So from what I understand, there is no damage mitigation for PvP at all? I read somewhere that in Diablo II there is a 87.5% damage debuff in PvP so games last longer. Is it not the case for Diablo III? Not trying to do any comparison or anything. Just curious about the current status.

... Aren't even remotely legendary. Now superior rare recipes are being added that are better than crafted legendaries? WTF? 1.05 made crafting virtually pointless
