    0.5% per instance chosen to be conservative; I don't know what the base movement speed is in yards/second, which would be needed to set a real value. There's no refreshing the RCR for increasingly lowered costs. It only counts the last 2 second window.

    Legend of the Seven Stars (Reference)
    Secondary: Meteor - Meteor Shower creates 7 stars on impact that last 7 seconds. Touching the stars creates a beam between them that deals 77% weapon damage as Fire per second. Touching all the stars creates an explosion that deals 777% weapon damage as Fire in the area outlined by the stars.

    This is really creative. Could pose problems if they introduced any new gems in the future (such as the much-hoped-for Sapphire). But considering there's a legendary property being worked on internally to double a gem effect, this seems fair since this is a broader, less specialized effect.

    10% chance on hit of becoming pure lighting, making you immune to all attacks and increasing all damage done by 100% for 10 seconds. 1 min cd. (stacks with all bonuses)

    Special bonus every hit gain 1 lighting mote when 100 motes have be captured release the energy stored in these sacred blades by calling down a bolt of lighting doing 1000 weapon damage as lighting in 10 yard radius.

    Tempest Storm bonus, If the unwary use lighting based attacks against these sacred blades there is 25% chance of redirecting the damage recieved back at the attacker for 500% damage. 1 min cd


    Legendaries should be game changing and make you go OMFG.

    Equipping this Flail will grant you a Law of Conviction. All enemies in a 15 yard radius have their defense reduced by 50% and take 25% more damage

    (2) Landing with Falling Sword will cast Consecration and Judgement on your landing location
    (4) Enemies you kill reduce the cooldown of Falling Sword by 1 second. No longer costs Wrath
    (6) A huge ray of the heaven's will bless your landing location (14 yard radius). The ray hits all enemies around you in a 14 yard radius, dealing 7000% weapon damage as holy.

    Milabrega's Unholy Law
    2-handed flail, crusader shield
    (2) While Akarat's Champion is activated, you have a 50% chance to cast Condemn on hit.

    Armor of Griswold's Squire
    (2) 500 to Strength
    Increase Wrath Generation by 7 per Second

    (4) Increase maximum Wrath by 50.
    Gain 900 life per Wrath Spend
    (5) Bombardement no longer has a cooldown. Now costs 60 Wrath.
    (6) Hitting an enemy with Bombardement has a chance to summon Griswold's Spirit for 10 Seconds.
    Griswolds Spirit is a Phalanx, being stronger than all Phalanx together (Bodybuard rune)


    Fanaticism of the Cursed Zakarum
    (2) Your Armory is sparking, dealing 550% weapon damage to enemies in a 10 yard radius as Lightning
    (4) Lightning Skills deal 50% more damage
    (5) Fist of the Heavens now casts a Ray of the Heaven, dealing 1600% weapon damage per hit.

    Well someone revived it haha, either way it's fun when people make realistic Legendarys. At least I like seeing ideas that could potentially be implemented. It'd be cool if Blizzard ever wanted to try a "vote for this Legendary" to be in the game kind of deal.

    Secondary: Whenever you use Vault, you have a 15-20% chance to leave behind a Health Globe.

    This is really designed more for in-combat usage than traveling, as with traveling backtracking to collect it wouldn't make much sense.

    Not sure on the slot.
