Diablo® III

I Just Want to Say "Thank You".

A few weeks ago, I saw a thread that was disguised as a thank you. Well, I thought that was pretty terrible and it's high-time someone said thank you to all of the theory-crafters, forum MVPs, and philanthropists. Everyone and anyone that has written/shot a guide on builds for any individual or group, anyone that has helped set someone else on the right track in terms of gearing, leveling, or farming, and everyone that has played the game since release.

I've frequented (lurked) the Wizard forums and the general forums for a while, and it's pretty clear that the only people keeping this game alive are the ones who are kind enough to devote their time helping those that want to be better at the game.

I want to thank the theory-crafters for your tireless hours taking data and testing the minutia of skills, so that the rest of us can optimize how we build. These kinds of threads are my favorite, and I only wish I had the time to participate.

For the philanthropists out there, though I haven't personally been involved, it's clear that the only thing keeping some people interested in this game is you that provide unceasing help to those that need it; be it for advice, gold handouts, legendary donations, and whatever else people are doing for each other.

For you MVPs, I've always weighted your input over those of us mortals, and your advice seems to be particularly helpful

So, for all you've done in the past year-and-a-half, thank you

My lust for violence keeps me going.

I used to be more helpful on wiz forum but I'm having a lot of trouble finding time to troll.

Community keeps me going. Without the community, I wouldn't be here.

Also, I don't consider what I say to weigh more than what anyone else would say. Unless, of course, I'm intentionally trying to correct misinformation. But then as many people may have noticed by now, I'm always editing my posts because of my own gaffes.

The Wizard community, specifically, is amazing; I probably wouldn't still be playing if it weren't for you guys. Also, that's why I consider what you guys say more weighty: you often make sure what you're saying is true before you say it.
