Diablo® III

Disconnection Issues Anyone?

Lately I've been having really bad connection issues with Diablo. It would seem that my games last no longer then say 10 to 15 mins sometimes longer before disconnection. I've done everything asked form the technical support team and even contacted my ISP for solutions. Both have been unfortunately ineffective.

Anybody else have such and issue? Hopefully its not just me experiencing these problems and I can find a fix very soon.

I assume your getting 3007 error. Try tracert and pathping test to troubleshoot, if you haven't already.

@ Kiter,
You need to talk to your ISP, your pathping did not even complete and had packet loss at the 3rd hop.
The timeouts and failures from steps 8-14 could be either actual timeouts or security masking.
Try running both tests several times to see if the same steps always fail or show packet loss.

Seems like a ISP issue
the tracert already plays up before it even goes onto the offshore links

what isp are you with?

im getting dc every 5-10mins with dodo dsl2+

it usually rarely happens like 1-2 a week

It seems Dodo is the culprit here.
