Boy I sure do love this lag

It's so much fun when I try and join a game and have to sit in a 30 second load screen, only to be greeted with this message how the game connection was lost. Even better, when I do make it into a game finally and I hit vault to move forward... Only to have nothing happen. So I hit it again, and again, and then finally some 15-20 seconds later I magically Vault 3 times at once...And still end up BEHIND where I was in the first place.

Thanks Blizzard, that's some quality hardware you got there.

the lag is HORRID today... open a chest, takes nearly 10 seconds for the loot to fall out of it... rubberbanding, studder stepping, LOCKING into place and cannot move until you town portal... :/

Two out of three games I attempt to join crash before even loading the game. This is some quality service Blizzard is showing it's customers today.

Out of the last 10 games now I was able to join 2 of them. It gets worse and worse.

3 games in a row, going on a 4th since my last post not even 2 minutes ago. Take the servers down if they're this bad. Do a maintenance or something, I don't care. I want to actually PLAY the game I paid money for.

Thanks Blizzard. You always manage to get me interested in this game, and ALWAYS find a way to kill that interest. It's amazing how many ways you can find to kill my fun.

Yea the servers are most def lagging hard today. Tried to run some bag's for rift stones, and str ring of grand but can't really do it as this lag is just to hard.

For the first time in a long time I can't wait for the servers to go down for maint and hopefully fix the problem.

I agree, the weekend was working ok, now... its terrible since 2 or 3 hours. I mean, terrible, 700ms+ all the time.

Hi all, we do want to help make sure these issues are addressed - however, please understand that there's a number of different things that can lead to these kinds of reports. With that said, the best way of helping to show us what's going on from your side will be to compile a trace route and then post that in the technical forums. There's a recent, ongoing thread regarding the latency which can be found here.

It's getting ridiculous, this is starting to be the number 1 reason for me to quit this game and to tell anyone I know NOT to buy it because their servers are complete garbage ATM.

It's NOT from our side, this is what is so frustrating when I keep reading Blizzard posts pretending it's a technical issue on the user's end. Everyone I know IS experiencing it AND experiencing the lag spikes at the SAME TIME AND we're not AT ALL on the same ISP nor even close to each other (the people I play with are far away in the USA while I'm Canada east coast). I'm sure a FEW cases can be solved with this but this is an issue on Blizzard's end, not the customers.

Sigh... do you people ever try to think/read before you post? He never once said its on your end. Problem doesn't have to be your end/their end. Often problem is in between. Unrelated to end destination, your end, your isp.
