Why put a sandybridge proc on water, you can easily obtain the processor wall on air, many benches have shown this and good luck with that 590 those things have been a giant let down, almost fail as much as a 360 lol
Not quite. You do know that water cooling isn't just for reaching OC limits right? It's also for maintaining low noise levels. My comp can be muscling it's way through all sorts of programs and all you'll hear is a low hum of the 2 pumps and some rad fans on low. Trying to reach OC limit's on air is silly for this reason, as you'll be trying to sit next to a sweaty wind tunnel. It'll be hurricane Irene in a box.
Also the 590 is quite reliable. You shouldn't base your assumptions on early adopters that over volt a card with per-release drivers. Mine's been running without a hitch.
