For now, all we know is that Jay mentioned CC durations will be reduced in PvP. Even if they're cut in half that's a 6 second fear for no mana on a 20 second CD. Seems pretty powerful to me.

As for the OP's build, I'm not a fan. Poison Dart without the snare. Dogs without the rune that let's them absorb damage. Too much focus on mana regen (too redundant). Not enough control or support and not enough damage. I'd change it to this:

i see what ur saying stegatops

in that case id change the poison dart with the snare, but replace hex with spirit walk with the golden runestone as a gap creator, and ill put the alabaster runestone on haunt as well

I'm still unsure about Spirit Walk since it seems that you'll still be taking damage while you run. The running theory is that your body hangs out while your spirit runs away and then your body teleports to where your spirit is when the spell expires. Going immobile and defenseless in PvP just feels really unsafe to me.

ahh thats how it works, i thought i read somewhere your immune to damage

then grasp of the dead could be used as a gap creator with either the cooldown redux runestone or the increased slow speed runestone

No spirit walk?

How about this instead:

Hex seems great for PvP seeing as how it acts as CC and a debuff on the opponent.

The corpse spiders can be used for slowing enemy movement speed.

And you have a number of ways to restore life through firebats, spirit walk, and sacrifice.
