It's so strange, I keep checking my email and bnet account 5x a day, but for some reason there is never a beta invite.

There is only one explanation: The D3 beta is a myth, like the moon landing and global warming.

Yes, but it was a lot smaller than the 1st wave.

The moon landing is real. Global warming is probably real, but humans havent likely caused it. Look more to sunspot activity, and natural cycles.

Don't really have time to read through 12 pages, but can you check if you got in by checking your beta forum access? Visiting the beta forum and checking whether or not you can post seems faster than logging on to Bnet and checking your account or email.

Edit: nvm, figured it out :)

The last wave of invites went out ~6PM PST Monday, October 3rd, 2011, so you will want to check your account to see if you got in if you haven't since then: https://us.battle.net/account/management/

A lot of people seem to be either waiting for an email or refreshing the wrong screen.

Problems:

-You will not get your email until ~2 hours after your account gets flagged
-The box art screen will never show Diablo III beta accounts
-Some people with flagged accounts are unable to log in to the game right now
-You will usually not be able to post in the Beta forums until you log out, close your browser, re-launch it, and re-login.

Solution:

Up at the top of your screen you will see "ACCOUNT" in capital blue letters. This page will immediately display to you whether or not your account has been flagged for beta access.
Link: https://us.battle.net/account/management/

Refresh this page as many times as you see fit and good luck.

You will see this if you get in:

Some additional information from a blue in regards to beta invites:

...[we] will do waves of invites as needed. When I say "as needed," I mean when the servers are stable and we're comfortable with the room we have to get more people in the game. We won't do waves of invites if we feel our infrastructure at any given time can't handle an increased concurrency.

...[beta invites] will typically go out during standard business hours (9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday, North American Pacific time).

Note that he said "typically". The earliest I have seen accounts get flagged thus far is Noon PST (first press invites) and the latest I have seen accounts flagged is 8PM (first F&F invites).

It means we are all in the same boat together.... waiting for the storm to arrive... with anticipation.

They changed the account page during Blizzcon but it is just a teaser.
