Cast time or Attack Speed

Currently in beta, chakram is attack speed while grenades and fan of knives seem to be neither.

Im currently using 2 1h crossbows with 19+6dps and 27dps+6 and i say attack speed overall. tried both and seems to fair better with 2 high dps weps
