Clearly, Vault's functionality and capabilities are the skill developers' decision. It's my assumption (and probably yours, too) that they mean for the skill to be used as an evasion and repositioning tactic.
With this purpose in mind, I think, at the very least, the skill should not get 'stuck' on small objects like barrels and carts, etc. At the very least, the skill should be able to maneuver past things over which the character has line of sight. Additionally, and arguably, I think the skill should be able to navigate up and down different levels and cliffs.
Who else has an opinion on whether Vault should be able to move the character up and down (or maybe just down) cliffs like Leap Attack and Teleport do?
I'm fine with unique perks, but the unique perk to the brute force character's positioning skill shouldn't render them more mobile than the character who is based around, erm, mobility.
