I like this build.

I made a kind of hit and run build with less "gun", but it is probably too discipline heavy.

I usually dont put cluster and MS in the same build. I see you using cluster perhaps for life gen but you might find a better skill for that purpose as it is expensive.

Also, M4D with that rune might be good for bosses but in general 6 disc per use will be too much.

I generally think of Evasive Fire as a similar but far superior skill to Strafe. Both seem like abilities you may want to use in order to optimize firing time; normally you have to stop firing to run but these let you keep it going. Strafe cuts yer movement in half and the damage is roughly the same as regular attack. Of course there are runes, but EF lets you get back to doing your big damage very quickly and with obsidian or indigo can do a lot of damage. It also generates more hate.
