Using a dropped consumable item to skill swap

Seems like an easy fix to me. Would infinite skill swapping in town and using potion/scroll/tome/charges to swap in the world be the best way to handle skill swapping?

This actually seems like a pretty good idea, as long as they don't allow skill swapping in the arena.

this is the best idea ive heard so far. stackable item that allows one skill swap. or make akin to potions say minor,light,norm,greater,super///1,2,3,4,5 skills allowed to swap? a 5-10% chance to drop of any given mob. could purchase from vendor for reasonable price. i personally dont like the free for all skill swap but also dont like the idea of being restricted to heavily. seems a good middle ground. though blizz's out of combat thing i feel should be inforced whatever way they go. otherwise the limit of skills should be nixed.
