Unable to order World of Warcraft Annual Pass

Every time I try to order the World of Warcraft Annual Pass on my account, it keeps telling me:

To sign-up for the World of Warcraft Annual Pass, you need to have a valid credit card on file, but are not required to use it for payment. For more information visit the FAQ.

I look at the URL in my address bar and notice that it says:

The problem I am having though, is that I don't want to upgrade my account "INITABLUNT". I have two World of Warcraft accounts tied to my Battle.net, and I want to upgrade my other WoW account. Everytime I try to replace "INITABLUNT" with "TEHUNSEEN" though, it just redirects back to the "INITABLUNT" URL.

Also, why is it tell me that I need to add a valid credit card on file? I have two tied to my Battle.net account....
