This was my idea for a movement based monk. The concept would rely heavily on a high crit chance and stacking the bonuses to damage. The primary damage spamming ability would revolve around using furious charge to harass players at high speeds and using hit and run tactics against slowed enemies. This would allow you to gap large distances quickly against caster and outpace other melee characters. Hopefully there is enough survivability in avoiding damage but most likely some passive may need to be tweaked after actually trying the build.
