It doesn't seem realistic that one player could drop an enemy's damage output to (0.7*0.7*0.5)=25% of normal damage.
Does only the strongest one apply?
Do they reach a cap?

Monster damage can't be balanced around having a wealth of damage reduction debuffs, because that would make any build without those debuffs just plain wrong.
