Auction taking gold but not providing items!

I bought about 50 essences, and an error occured. so i tried again, this time for 30, and another error.
so i log back into my character and i notice the cost of the essences was gone but no items! i double checked the auction to see if i had any items pending to be dropped into my stash but there wasnt..... this could be very bad for real money auction transactions. |
