Does Crafting Level Increase % of Success

Hi does crafting level increase the chance of getting better items or are the odds of getting a good items the same?

Well besides being able to craft higher level items I don't know how it would increase odds of 'good' items, since that is dependent on class or if you are loading up on GF or MF.

the game doesnt know what 'good' items are. unless they are set or legendary, item properties are random. the higher level blacksmith can craft higher tier items, but the mods will always be random.

Higher-level crafting unlocks higher-level items.

After that, the random stats are random.
