Can someone clarify what this does?

what constitutes Fatal damage? 0hp? or just below 10% hp?

I could see this being a very useful ability on Hardcore Mode. Can someone who has used this passive during the beta or have any insight on it please provide some input on this topic?

Thanks

No one has used it. It is a level 30 Passive.

But in every game I've played that has a "Next time you take Fatal Damage, ..." condition, it means HP < 0 or = 0. And you heal TO 10% HP, so I doubt it would be useful if it activates when you hit 9%.

Edit: To clarify it should activate when HP is less than or equal to zero. When it activates you are healed to 10% of your Max HP.

Thanks Mookie. I was hoping it was 0 or less. I really like this passive. Will make it very difficult to kill the WD. even in PVP situations!

It looks like a must have for Hardcore characters. Pretty much a free "Whoops" every 90 seconds. Just remember PVP will likely be over within a few minutes, meaning you only get 1 free save, which could be overshadowed by other passives.

All the same, I intend to use it a lot, especially for Hard Core. Combine this with Spirit Walk [Healing Journey], and you get 5 seconds of Spirit Walking, and a total of 24% health!!
