6. Actions taken

I thought it was a connection issue, so i disabled my hard line into my computer. Keep in mind i am going directly from the supplied DSL modem to my computer, there is no router involved.

I then used my phone and wirelessly tethered it 3G to use that as a download path.

When using my phone i got a Yellow warning light saying Tracker is not available.

When using my hard line i get a green signal with the above posted log, it states there are no problems and that it is downloading, however it doesnt download at all and stays at 0 out of 7.6 GB

When using both I get the same green signal and same result as just written.

any ideas on what can be done to correct this issue so i can DL the game client?

alright so I went for a run, took my cell phone, and came back and noticed it stopped downloading.

So i am guessing the only way i can download this game is from my 3g wireless tether to my cell phone, and not through my normal internet connection.

I reconnected my cell phone and the downloading has yet to start been sitting for like 10 minus on green saying downloading with nothing happening.

we will see what happens

OK I found a solution,

For those of you who even think that for some reason your isp is blocking your traffic or messing up your peer to peer this fix should work.

Basically your make a VPN tunnel and use that to transfer and encrypt all your traffic.

I just used Hotspot shield because its free. I used that program and it works fine, download started right away and at reasonable speeds (for my jacked up internet anyway).

I was having a simular problem, no downloading just a yelow dot and a mesage saying the program is not responding. Also on a military post, though State side. Made use of that Hotspot shield program and things started right up. Can't say I know what a VPN tunnel is but it gets the job done, though at a very slow rate; the download time is looking to be between 20 and 40 hours which isn't exactly ideal.

I'm getting the "Found peer on local subnet" thing too. My brother has the game installed on his computer, and i'm wondering if that could be conflicting my download? How would i fix that?

Having the same issue here. I tried to port forward, but didn't work. Can we confirm that Hotspot works?
