Download only available for Digital copy?

I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition for D3 from Gamestop. I'd LOVE to be able to install the game now so when I get back from the store I can just sit down, plug in my activation key and start playing!
So basically, is the pre-download thing going on now only available for those who purchased the digital copy from Blizzard? Or is there a way I can get in on this too? |
