I have .part files. help!

i'm re-running the blizzard downloader in hopes that it would fix this problem. But now its just re-downloading everything. 203mb of 7gig. should i expect this to make a % jump when it realizes i have these files? because its estimating like 12 hours lol.

Sounds like you did not point the downloader into the correct folder.
