When i go to install i get the error

ERROR: Unable to initialize streaming. Please check
your Internet connection. If this problem persists,
please conatact Blizzard Technical Support.
(CreatStreamingManifest::GetstreamingManifestContents)

i 100% have internet

I now keep getting error that the disc has been ejected....

I get the second error message as well... I'm updating my mac even if I doubt this is the problem.
If you figure out how to fix it, please help ;)
