I get "Error: This download is not authorized" whenever I try to continue my previous download. I did not get this error the last time I resumed this download.

Currently at 5.37GB of ~7GB downloaded. Cannot re-download the entire thing due to bandwidth limits.

Have already tried disabling Microsoft Security Essentials real-time protection; Windows Firewall; and "Run as Administrator."

EDIT: One difference is that I do not get "do you want to allow this program to communicate across etc." popping up before the download, like usual. I seemingly cannot force that window to pop up anymore.

The downloader expires. Have you tried grabing a new downloader?
