This is funny because I've been thinking the same thing. Why would they make an action RPG deeper along with more longevity than their current MMORPG? Doesn't make sense.

Normal was meant to be easy, though. It's when they hit nightmare and hell that it becomes truly difficult.

Yes. I was just spreading the info.

I haven't seen one complaint from me in my posts.

Blizzard is smart enough to not shoot itself in the WoW foot.

This game will be great, but it is not overly meant to be a long lasting game like WoW.... it doesnt charge subscriptions.

if you sit down right now and start playing diablo 2... within 4-5 hours if you know what your doing you will kill diablo on normal.... 4-5 hours after that you will kill nightmare diablo... 4-5 hours after that you will kill hell diablo.... and then for hundreds of hours after that you will be farming content for gear.... that is where the bulk of gameplay comes from..

we will be spending the vast majority of our playtime playing inferno difficulty over.. and over... and over... and over... and over... and over... and over.... again...

Have you never played a Diablo game before? normal mode is ALWAYS essentially a different name for "story mode" they make it drooling idiot easy so everyone can see the story, then the real game itself doesn't start till at least nightmare, which in itself is basically what most would call normal mode in any other context.

You need to reserve judgement till someone clears at the very least hell, preferably even till someone can clear inferno. That is where the true Diablo 3 lies.

...... it's Diablo... who the eff cares if you completed it first? All that matters is your leet gear. And since it's random, you could have better gear than the guy you leveled with and completed normal with.

Good lord people need to get over the WoW mentality.
