Hey there, have a slight issue.
I recently installed D3 to my laptop, and it's not switching over to the dedicated GPU. Rather, it's still using the integrated card. Here's the specs for reference:
Intel i5-2430M @ 2.4 GHz
8 GB DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GeForce GT 540M
Windows 7 64bit
Every other game it works fine, but this one doesn't want to play nice. Any way that I can force it to change over?
I do not have a system to test this on, but I believe you have the option to do this in the nVidia Control Panel.
Additionally, in that control panel, you may go to View > Add "Run with Graphics Processor" to Context Menu. This will give you a right-click option that you may use on any program, including Diablo 3, to force it to use the nVidia chip.
