Antivirus detecting some files during install

I just started to pre-download the game and once the splash screen showed up with the big "INSTALL" button, I saw Microsoft Security Essentials pop up in the corner that it was "Clearing threats".

It labeled the threat as "Trojan:JS/BlacoleRef.AV" and quarantined it. Upon investigation, it looks like it's detecting C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III.temp\Data_D3.temp\PC.temp\MPQs.temp\HLSLShaders.mpq.temp

I'm certain that this is a false positive, but does it matter that it quarantined the file? Should I restore it?

I did not get that error with my MSE. You may want to download and install a free Malware Scanner such as Malwarebytes just to be sure!
