It's making me download the whole thing again

I donwloaded the Client a few weeks ago so that I'd just have to install and play today. I tried to to that, but first, it showed me the "Insert Disk" error, even tho it's the Digital Download. Then, I downloaded again the Diablo Setup from B.net, and it's making me download a 8.12 Gb file. Not only that, but it's doing it so at the amazing 50 kb/s speed. What is wrong?

Search in the folder where are the files that you downloaded with the first downloader (The 7,60 GB thing) If there is a file that ended with .part delete it. Then, try to execute the first downloader and it will download the file that you just delete. When it's finish it will show you again the 8,12 thing again. Cancel it and desinstall Diablo III (Control Panel). Run Setup.exe and it will install Diablo III without problems.
