Credit Card Payment for Diablo III Problem

The status of buying CD Key stays "queued"

I purchased Diablo III DIgital CD Key earlire. But the status remains "queued". I heard so many people said their transaction has been cancelled after long time showing "queued" for using foreign credit card.

So I wonder what I can do to sucessfully accomplish this transaction. Please help me check my transaction status.
If my transaction is also needed to be cancelled, pls tell me why and what I can do to purchase it correctly next time

I tried to contact and solve this problem via phone, it seems now is not working time for representatives.

I send a ticket on battle.net 23 hours ago, and there's no response since then.
