Not all of your customers fly off the handle when you are even more successful at creating a popular game than you anticipated. I for one am grateful for the years of effort everyone on the Diablo 3 team has invested, and do not resent you for not being infallible. I, like many others, have been waiting almost an hour and a half, after staying up until 3 AM local time for the launch. contrary to most of the forum posts I see though, I am sure I am not the only one who believes it will be well worth the wait when the servers become more available, and am grateful that you as a company and as a team undertook the immense burden of continuing the Diablo series.
