Grouping with chars on earlier quest lines

Sitting here watching Day 9 stream with Mantra and LiquidSheth and they seem to be having an issue where they can't see or interact with Sheth because he is on an earlier quest chain.
Is that intended or are they not doing something correctly? I know I'm going to have issues staying at the same level as my partners, so this would be very helpful to know. |
