Roll it back to the 12.3 drivers

Also, contrary to popular belief, the 4200 series is a chipset stack, not an actual dedicated video card. You are supported, but just barely, and dont expect the performance to be anything more than crappy.

So rolling back the driver did take all the graphical issues away. just wish i could log in now, the log in screen is running at 75 fps+ so i think im happy.

haveing same issuse, with the same Gfx card,

can u please explain how you rolled it back? and whats driver your useing please?

also everything on low, 800x600, and unstalling Catalyst Control Center worked for me :/...

also can neone help me with a low profile cheap "good" gfx card.(low psu) 300w :///

They were supposed to release a hotfix with 12.4a driver, but I have not tested it.

I went into device manager and uninstalled the driver, then went to the ATi website and found the 12.3 driver.

You will be hard pressed to find anything with that low of wattage, if anything at all
