Diablo® III

So I just finished NM and I am about to head into hell however my DPS to me seems to be really really low

Stats:

18.3k HP (found I really needed the vitality to survive even in NM)
3.0k DPS
1023 Dex
762 Vitality
1131 Armor
16.5% Crit Chance
50% Crit Damage

I am currently using 2 socketed weapons with rubies in them, one has 150dps and 80 dex on it with the ruby, the other has 130 dps and 70 dex with the ruby. Would emeralds be better here for DPS?

How else should I increase my DPS or is 3k normal for just entering hell?

higher dps weapon, find one in ah or something on ure lvl

Ive looked and those are the highest DPS weapons ive found for under 100k for lvl 47

Also what I am basically asking is should I go straight damage or is your damage increased more by getting +crit damage or attack speed or what stats should I concentrate on for hell?
