Diablo® III

act 1 hell going through one of the crypts looking for the crown, this was the wrong crypt, not the one containing the crown.

my partner and I entered the crypt and immediately noticed that all of the monsters where displaying the credits, instead of the names of the monsters. it only lasted for this one area.

suffice to say almost every monster displayed the name of a real life person, and there job title.

when we got to a rare monster it just happened to be one of the game producers surrounded by a bunch of minions :D

i have a screen shot of the jay wilson rare monster if you like. but since i am not CPU literate i have no idea how to post. lol

was a creepy thing to see.

oh, just noticed in my screen shot, that in the top right corner it also says ""Development Hell" instead of the crypt lol.

also, we where not actually on the crown quest. we had read a post about farming rare monsters in the crypts in act 1. and had just finished the skely king off and decided to back track for item drops. hope that helps.

This is an intentional easter egg. Rare mobs can also spawn with the name of Zarhym or Bashiok, who are blues on the forums.
