Quest flashback when helping friends

So there i am about to kill the skeleton king, and my friend gets on. he is a lower level than me so I go help him level up. Then he quits and I quit, but when I go back to my game I have his quests and have to find the crown again in the crypts ( i have gotten way past that in my own storyline). I have tried going to my quest book to change back, but it only has his lower quests. Any help appreciated!

nope that doesnt work. I had the same problem also only on a different quest/act. Sucks I have to go back and do that all over again. Might be a deal breaker for me. Back to WoW I go.
