First bug happens when using the seven sided strike on the creatures that dive under the sand. If you trigger a stun on them while they are diving underground, they appear above the surface with the stunned animation, even though they are still submerged underground (and are untargetable)
Second one may be more of a balance issue, but when fighting in the necromancer event, elite mobs that enter the area with vampirism and plagued are unkillable, as they gain life off the constant damage they do to his skeletons (at an extremely high rate on higher difficulties). Perhaps make these immune to damage/aoe?
Both of these were solo in Hell as a Monk.
