I have set up windows 7 on Parallels because I could not figure out how to use boot camp using a USB with Windows 7. I downloaded windows game client from battle.net and I receive the following message:
ERROR: The file "C:\Program Files (x86)\DiabloIII\Updates\d3-0-9558-Win-final.MPQ" appears to be corrupt. You may need to download this file again.
What can be done to fix this?

Try downloading this :
If your browser loads it up as gibberish use your browsers Save as function to save it (possibly in the file menu).
Make sure it has a .MPQ extension and not a .MPQ.txt extension. Then throw into :
I think the parallels route is a no-go. I didn't have much succes.
As for boot camp, in osx find the boot camp assistant (iirc in the utilities folder) and use it to download the boot camp windows drivers to a fat-formatted stick or burn them to a cd. After that, restart the mac holding alt down so you can choose windows as startup. Choose the windows drive, select your network, hit return. When booted into windows install the drivers you downloaded. Install diablo if you haven't already.
---edit: this is lion info. Can't remember if snow-leopard boot camp assistant offered the download function. If not, you will have to find the drivers on your original OS install disc.
