I believe the Radeon HD 7770 1GB will run Diablo 3 at Max settings with great frame rate.

If you haven't bought them yet, ditch the AMD FX + AMD motherboard for an Intel build.

I would also consider upgrading to HD 6870, which isn't for much more and will be noticeably better than the HD 7770.

Yes, you can crossfire HD 6870, but it's usually a lot better to go with a single strong GPU

Also requires proper motherboard support -- namely, it should support 16x/8x for PCI-E speed. For PCI-E 16x 2.0 slot, if it goes down to 4x when in in CrossFireX mode, you will see performance penalty

hd 7770 doesn't run diablo 3 really well http://www.techspot.com/review/532-diablo-3-performance/page3.html
i would rather buy an hd 6870, or 6850 if you have a budget.
Diablo 3 without vsync suffers from terrible stuttering and tearing, thus 50 fps is not enough

That'll play about any game out on high

If you add windows 7 it comes to 750

Edit* oh ibuy or whatever....see if there's a microcenter or local computer shop that'll put a computer together for you if you bring in the parts. It'll cost 50 bucks usually. So that'll put you right around 800 (or less if you have Windows 7 already)
