^Link to a screen shot of my report on "Can I run this" or whatever it is people are using to see if they can run D3. All the trolls in my last thread got me thinking how I can fix any possible issues I may be having. Any real professional or self-proclaimed professional advice would be awesome. It must be a problem with the dedicated memory but that is the ONLY requirement I don't meet. How then do I average only 1-5 FPS while only standing in New Tristram on the lowest possible settings at 800x600 windowed mode? Misc info: Not DLing or streaming anything. Only other thing running besides Diablo 3 is Ventrillo and misc background system processes. |

Bump for hoping I didn't waste 64 bucks on a game I can't play.

You misunderstand how graphics work. Video memory barely has any play in how good a GPU is.
Here is a benchmark of your GPU vs the minimum. As you can see, the minimum scores 7-8x higher. http://i.imgur.com/sbrk8.png |

You clearly don't understand how graphics cards work, and by looking at your previous post, refuse to learn as well. When you have a graphics card, that graphics card has a certain amount of memory built into it. In my case of the GTX 560ti, that would be 1024 Megabytes or 1 Gigabyte. You can't change that number, what it has is what is has. Your GPU only has 128 MB of memory, which graphics cards had like 10 years ago. They weren't trolls in your previous thread, you just refuse to believe the truth in this case. Your honestly lucky it isn't higher requirements than that, most PC games require 512 MB or more to just run at the lowest settings. Just grab yourself a nice cheap GPU from Newegg or something that could run the game. I mean my laptop with an INTEGRATED graphics card, can run this game in 720 30+ fps. It isn't high requirements at all.

3400M is slow, really slow. No matter how much memory it has.
Since it's a notebook, there's not much you can do but upgrade the whole thing. |
