Try making sure your network devices are powercyled and do a DNS flush to see if this helps any.

Powercycle network devices
    1. Unplug your modem and router (if you have one.)
    2. Let them set for 30-60 seconds.
    3. Plug them back in modem first, then the router.

Flush the DNS
    1. Navigate to /Applications/Utilities/ and launch Terminal.
    2. Copy/Paste the following:
    dscacheutil -flushcache3. Press return.
Note: You will not get any feedback from Terminal if this is done correctly on any OS.
    4. Test.

This did not work for me either

^Same. 'Deeper Flush' did not work for me either.

6. wifi
7. Yes, but turned off to test to see if they were the problem and it still exists

I also followed the instructions on the website for connection trouble and the problem still occurs. I receive an error 3007 and then Diablo 3 crashes.

n order to investigate and resolve this error 3007 then crash that Mac users have been experiencing, we'll need to collect some information.

Can y'all answer/provide the following information:

1. What day did this error 3007/crash first start? - 05/19/12
2. Where are you connecting from? (home, school, work, college, military, etc) - home
3. Who is your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? - centurylink
4. What city/state are you located in? - crawfordville, florida
5. What type of connection are you on? (Cable, DSL, satellite, cellular, etc) - cable
6. How are you connected to the internet? (wifi, ethernet to modem, ethernet to router, etc) - ethernet to modem
7. Do you have any security applications or programs? - unknown

Next, run a trace:
1. Open Terminal (/Applications/Utilities).
2. Type in the following:
traceroute us.actual.battle.net > ~/Desktop/tracert.txt3. Open the file and copy/paste your results.

traceroute to us.actual.battle.net (12.130.244.193), 64 hops max, 52 byte packets

Then paste your D3Debug.txt file on pastebin.com
**Note: Make sure you remove your Battle.net email address from the debug file. This may appear several times in the log. **

Finally, paste your system information.
Obtaining System Information
1. Hold the 'Option' Key and choose System Profiler/Information from the Apple Menu.

2. Copy the information from the following sections:
Hardware (remove the Serial Number line) Graphics/Displays Software (remove the Computer Name and User Name lines)

Make sure you have tried some of the troubleshooting steps from our Diablo III Connection Troubleshooting article.

If should ask for the admin name/password since it's a sudo command, but thanks for testing it. Keep posting information and I will get this to the right teams for review and see what they can do to resolve this matter.

Tried both of these, still getting "removed from game" followed by 3007. Thanks for your efforts!

It might be worth noting that a lot of PC users seem to be having the issue as well. So this doesn't seem like an issue that's isolated to just Mac computers. I don't know if they've collected any information in the other forums that might be helpful, but may be worth a look?

You can send that data to macsupport@blizzard.com.

Make sure you put the URL address and thread title in that email and put attn: TonyM as the subject, so I get that email.

Note: I had actually already tried the "soft" DNS flush yesterday. Tried it again today and also the "deep" flush to no avail. Thank you for looking into this. Was starting to get frustrated that nobody had...

Guys. I think I found and interim solution. Seems like my default DNS server isnt working. So I went to Network, Advanced, DNS, and added the google Public DNS server 8.8.4.4 to the list. And it worked!!!

I personally don't like to be using google's public DNS because it gets buggy at times. But it works for now.

See if this works for you.

Home. Downtown Toronto. 25Mbps DSL TekSavvy. Was using WiFi, now wired direct.

Was working great, even on opening night.. had one error 37, but was back on in 10 minutes.

Played all night Friday until I was booted by the scheduled maintenance Saturday morning..

Next logon was at 7PM Saturday.. long wait connecting to B-net, then the 3007 error message and D3 crashes (sometimes I have to force quit, other times it closes itself on crash), then the Blizzard Error window comes up and itself goes 'not responding', but if I don't force quit, it will actually start working after 3-5 min and I can write the details of the crash and "Reopen" or "Close", and if I choose to Reopen, and the game didn't quit itself and I didn't force quit, it will come up with the message "Diablo III is already running".

D4CEA14-2BFF-4E6B-A4F1-66B260C851ED

24 hours later, and the same thing happens every time.

Tried the DNS flush.. no help. I would try the deeper flush, but it doesn't seem to be helping anyone.

I have used Force Quit/Restart/Shut Down more times in the last 24 hours, than all other times combined in the 3 years since I switched to Mac.. now having flashbacks of my PC days.

What's worse is that I can actually understand having technical issues, but keeping people in the dark about what's going on is not acceptable.

Come on guys.. communicate.

P.S. - Seems like a lot of us were playing just fine until Sat morning.. could it possibly be something that was changed during the scheduled maintenance?
