Best I have gotten is low 200s a few days ago. Since then rarely getting below 300 and up to 500 on occasion. Surely it should be better than this for an online game?

Out of interest, I sent a tech support email to primus and they replied that it is not their issue. I expected that reply but was curious anyway.

Also not sure if its helpful but...

Normally have <200 latency in WoW.

For a single player game, dodging an attack that one shots my wizard only to have the server tell me otherwise is not good. Doubt anyone from AU/NZ will be able to play hardcore because of latency issues.

The best I have gotten is always after 8pm AEST, which is around 280ms which is still in my opinion, not good enough.

Please invest in AUS servers, for a fast paced action game, anything that doesn't match FPS rate is not acceptable.

On launch I was getting 180-200ms on average. When I do a trace route to your D3 servers my latency is showing under 200ms yet when I'm in-game it shows I have over 400ms.

Some days when i start it reaches 1000 then after a few minutes it goes down to it's regular 200 which is playable but hardly ideal.

My latency is roughly 380 for most of the day, have noticed the last 2 nights that it goes down to about 280-350 after 10PM local time.

I occasionally get giant lag spikes where my character is swinging and everything is standing still, and then eventually the internet wakes up again, a lot of things are dead, I've lost a lot of health and my latency is ~1500ms but eventually stabilizes around the range I posted.

Note that previously (launch day), it was a nice 200ms-ish..and more importantly stable with no spikes.

During beta and a few days after I was getting constant 200 ish with no rubberbanding but since the patch last friday im getting constant yellow bar with spikes of 500, currently during US primetime it's 400 with me idle and sky rockets when I try anything in inferno.

I do get spikes of up to 1300ms at peak times for US logon, but i'm more concerned with the dropping out shenanigans.
