If you are running Windows 7:

1. Right click anywhere on the desktop and select Screen Resolution
2. Click on Make text and other items larger or smaller
3. Change the size of text to Smaller - 100% (default)
4. Apply, click on Log off now and restart

It seems to only happen if you use full screen mode so windowed mode is one option. A better solution though is if you set up a custom text size instead of using one of the larger preset values. For example, if I set it to 150%, the mouse doesn't work in-game when full screen, but a custom size of 149% works fine.

I've found a better solution to the problem:

Right click the Diablo 3 icon, select properties, go to the Compatibility tab and enable option called Disable Display Scaling On High DPI Settings, click OK and voila - you can play Diablo without any changes to the DPI settings (and you don't even have to reboot the PC).

none of the suggestions seam to work for me ??? maybe I'll wait until they fix it before I play anymore
although I'd really hate it to have to wait until the next patch to come out
is there a way to uninstall patch 2.3.0 ???

There isn't anything being worked on for cursor issues at present so waiting for a fix isn't going to help. And no, you can not uninstall a patch. In order to play the game, you must be at the current release version.

It would be better if you described your issue in detail along with providing a list of everything you've tried.

Also, if you happen to be using EVGA's Precision X utility, try uninstalling it and then checking the game.
