Blue has not responded because it's a serverside issue we have no control over. This has been a bug in the game since beta of October last year. It happens when any assets are loaded. It only happens in US servers. Play on Euro/Asia and you won't get the stutter. The reason being is American servers are hammered and until they smooth the population out, this will never fix itself. It also didn't help Blizz put player in Euro like UK on American servers by default...thanks for helping overload our servers.

And this is why 24/7 DRM is bad for the consumer people. But we all support it.

This is sounding more and more like the issue.

I've tried every little "fix" people have claimed fixed the stutter, but it's always been around. Then today after maintenance the servers seem to be alot more laggy than they have been and bam, my stuttering is literally 5x worse today than last night. The pauses are normally feeling like 20ms drops, but now they're more like 500ms stutters of doom.

I'm going to create a character on the euro and asian servers to see if there's any difference.

Having the same issue on three systems, none of which are a slouch by any means

Laptop
Dell XPS 1647
i5 2.27 quad core
ATI 4670 1GB video card
8gig DDR3 ram

Desktop
i7 2.8ghz -930K Quad Core
16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 ram
Asus Nvidia GTX 560 Direct CUII OC TI Top 1GB

2nd Desktop
i7 3.2ghz 3930k 6core
Asus Nvidia CTx 570 Direct CU II 1GB
16GB Kingston Hyper X DDR3 ram

All three systems have the most up to date video and other misc drivers, the two desktops read ~140 Fps almost all the time(vsync off) but still have this problem regardless if Vsync is turned on or not

Signed.

i5 2.27ghz
4GB RAM DDR3
Nvidia 310M 1gb RAM

Runs fine, in fact it ran fine for an entire playthrough until about 4 days ago. Now, after about 5 minutes generally, the same as everyone else is experiencing: significant drop in frame rates, fixed by tabbing out, but returns within a minute or so.

Got a brand new pc Specs so good i dont even gotta list but i get stutters n lag to and its kinda crazy realizing i had this pc built for a game that dont even work ... :( well anyways

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d90YNKfuWA8 should cheer up and bring hope to lag / stutter issues

If you typically get a solid 60fps in all situations, and ONLY stutter when your screen pans, then please visit my thread as well. If I stand still and dont pan the screen by moving my character, I get 60fps even when there is loads of action... yet even if I am alone, with no NPCs on screen, and no new assets to load, I get a stutter every few seconds, as soon as the screen moves. I created a post for that specific issue, which happens on both my PCs... yet both of them play all other games smoothly. If this sounds like your issue, here is the link

I'm getting all kinds of issues, huge fps lags, long delays teleporting to town or entering an instance/new zone, a few D3 client crashes when exiting the program, streaking graphics in-game and overall serious video issues.

GTX 690
i7-3960X Extreme 6 Core 3.30 GHz
16GB DDR3 RAM

Played around with video settings in-game including max FPS, toggling vertical sync (as well in Nvidia Settings), still bad. I'm staying off HC until some comment, fix or solution from Blizzard.
