I was doing some Inferno runs earlier, got a group of Wintermoths with invulnerable minions. The leader spawned with 1 minion (who was invulnerable) and I killed it by moving around alot as usual. When I returned to where the the pack spawned, two more Wintermoths appeared, minions, who were still invulnerable. As the leader of the group was already dead, there was no way to get rid of these minions.

I just pulled them to a corner and died so I could get rid of them. Wintermoths spawn by coming out of the ground, I assume this has something to do with it.

Might want to look into other mobs that spawn in similar ways too to see if they are being eliminated properly if they haven't all been triggered when the leader dies, or make sure they all come out at once every time so none of them fail to spawn with the leader.

I saw a thread in this forum saying the same things happens with burrowing enemies. The immune minions don't get killed if they're underground when the boss dies. Nasty bug!
