Whats a good cheap graphics card upgrade?

I have a an Intel Core two Duo 2.9 Ghz, 4 Gigs of ram and a Ati Radeon 5670 1 gig ram. Whats a good graphics card upgrade with this set up? Would it make more sense to upgrade my cpu first?
