Diablo® III

Ok let's get this straight....

Since clearly some people just don't get it,
A good strat and skill combo that works together to provide better results than the individual skill is not an exploit.
Useful skills are not OP (necessarily)
If you dont have anything better to do than troll other classes forums.... Go make one and then offer an opinion that might be useful
Chances are good there's better players than you.
The game designers have stated "you should feel OP"

Nah that might have been misquoted...."If you go back to normal mode, you should feel OP."

LOL

Ahem, Blizzard does not agree...

We purposely launched the game with Inferno being far more difficult than what we were able to progress in ourselves, assuming people would find it as difficult but with a few skilled players able to pull it off, or the difficulty would simply help root out problem skills and builds that allowed flaw-filled progression possibilities.

I think the main problem we're running into is people progress more or less linearly to Inferno, and the brick wall effect makes it seem like these broken skills were the correct way to overcome the difficulty because the belief is that Inferno must be an immediately surmountable challenge, which it isn't intended to be. Or the reverse, that because these skills allowed progression the classes that did not have them were too weak/broken, which isn't correct.

We'll provide a bit more info/context on Inferno tuning through an article we're working on for the front page.

They are using the current difficulty of Inferno to weed out exploitable builds.

I am only okay with this if they intend on introducing a new tier of gear in something harder or in act 4 once they fix all these 'broken' skills.

. Actually the exact phrasing was in reference to PVP but I but the sentiment was about gameplay in general

We'll just have to wait for the article that was mentioned in the Blue post.

anything that is being utilized within game mechanics AND being described as such in the tooltip

is not an exploit

so basically the "nerf" done to FA and CM were actually bug created intentionally by blizzard to screw up any viable legit build
they dont want players to have viable build for inferno

All I hear from that overused Bashiok quote is:

"Hey, instead of giving out a beta test of the full game and finding exploits and such before release, we'd rather take your monies first then let people test it out. Thank you for your monies."
