Yea this has happened to me with Ashera's Lock. Really annoying that it is happening on high level gear. Especially when the determining factor for whether the new piece of gear is better is the attack speed. I really hope more people start complaining about this so it will start getting some attention. Maybe then Blizzard will fix it in a timely manor...
