Different CPUs / GPUs have different threshold, but the general range is:

For desktop: Don't let them go beyond 80C
For laptop: Don't let them go beyond 100C

If you have a semi high end desktop gpu then it will be fine up to ~ 90c but once it hits around 100c then I would start to be concerned, higher end cards can stand hiter temps without damage. On the other hand if you are using a laptop i would say around 70c is bad (at least in my experience and research) as it could damage other components around it.

Okay well then I am fine the highest I have ever seen my gpu go is 65
